WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
SOZO Missions Team Leads are the primary front line leaders of our individual volunteers who graciously lead with authority and love. These are high energy leaders who carry themselves with optimism and consistency as they encourage those they lead. SOZO Missions Team Leads are organized thinkers who serve well as intentional inspiration and coordinators for a specific volunteer team. They are able to teach, instruct, and train their team with a relational and approachable heart. SOZO Missions Team Leads also communicate the vision and culture of SOZO Missions while modeling and cultivating healthy habits of prayer, faith, and encouragement to themselves and their team.

THE PRIMARY TASKS YOU’LL PERFORM
The SOZO Missions Kidz Team Lead is responsible for the following tasks:
Develop and implement programming for weekly club gatherings.
Recruit, train, and lead SOZO Kidz adult volunteer team.
Develop and communicate excellent kid focused weekly biblical teaching times.
Develop authentic discipleship level relationships with children and their parents.
Execute monthly outreach strategy to recruit new students (‘Go get the kidz’ motto), as communicated with the
Director of Student Ministry.
Create and maintain an excellent atmosphere within SOZO Kidz’s facilities.
Collaborate with Operations Department for facility needs and transportation needs.
Attend SOZO Kidz annual summer camp and other special events, serving under the leadership of Director of Student Ministries.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY
High School diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; however not required.
Authentic Relationship Building Skills with Adults and Young People.
Naturally Organized Thinker.
First Aid/CPR Certified
Personally Bought in to the Vision and Values of SOZO Missions.
Biblically sound with ability to confidently teach from the Bible.
Natural relational attitude and patience toward relating to and teaching children.
WHAT WE’RE OFFERING YOU
The SOZO Missions’ Kidz Team Lead is compensated as a part time 1099 employee with the following compensation:
$625/pay period
Paid on the 15th and final day of each month.
Potential for pay increase based on your ability to raise additional support from donors to go towards your
salary. Will be distributed 60/40 – 60% to you, 40% to SOZO Missions – to help supplement program
expenses.
Prior to being put on payroll, team lead member is placed on an unpaid training/evaluation period for 2 weeks.
Opportunity to grow into a full time W2 role.
